The app is available on the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android). Search for "CertiPix" in your device's store. Installation is free and the app works immediately, even without an account.
All your certificates are accessible from the "My certifications" tab in the app. If you're signed in to an account, they are also saved online and synced across all your devices. If lost, contact us with your email address, we can retrieve your certificates using their cryptographic fingerprint.
Open the CertiPix app, tap "Verify a photo" and scan the certificate's QR code or paste its verification link. The result appears within seconds: authentic photo, capture date and certificate status.
REST API access is reserved for the Enterprise plan (custom quote). Fill in the form opposite selecting Enterprise; we review your needs and send your credentials with the full technical documentation.
You can cancel or switch plans at any time, no commitment. Just send us your request via the contact form with your email address; the change takes effect within 24 hours.
By default, CertiPix certifies photos without needing server backup. However, for subscriber accounts, some certified photos and photos received via request links may be saved in your user space so they can be viewed in the app. Processing is detailed in our privacy policy.
First check that you're using the latest version of the app. If the problem persists, contact us with: your device model, your OS version, and a precise description of the problem (and a screenshot if possible). We handle bugs as a priority.
